Semper Paratus CPR, LLC sends text messages from our toll-free number, 833-699-CERT (2378), only to people who ask for them. This page explains how you agree to receive texts, what we send, and how to stop.
How you opt in
You opt in by phone. When you call 833-699-2378, our phone assistant or a member of our team offers to text you the information you asked for. We send a text only after you say yes. Before sending, we tell you:
"Can I text that to this number? It comes from Semper Paratus CPR, only about your request. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help."
If you say no, we don't text you, and we give you the information on the call or by email. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send
- A link to see upcoming classes and register
- Links to look up or claim your certification card
- Confirmation that we took your message and will call you back
These are customer care messages about your request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies, usually one to three texts per call.
Sample messages
- "Semper Paratus CPR: See upcoming classes and register here: https://register.cprenroll.com/semper-paratus-cpr Your seat is held once you register and pay online. Questions? Call 833-699-CERT (2378). Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Semper Paratus CPR: Thanks for calling. We have your message, and our team will call you back. Reply here if anything changes. Reply STOP to opt out."
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from us. Reply HELP for help, call 833-699-CERT (2378) or email hello@semperparatuscpr.com. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
